Why are people saying that one should not questions the polititians motives. I say we should. Everyone has motives for doing and saying things.
A human, being such a troubled and mean animal is plaged with selfish motives.

Of course politicians motives should be questioned. Remember that a politician's first job is to get elected. Then after election, their FIRST job is to get re-elected! A partner to that rule is their second job is to get their party elected. I suppose after that they probably would not mind doing a few favors for their constituents of at least for a few friends.

Your right, it's our duty as a democratic society to question motives to an extent. Humans are corruptible in general. No one is above that rule. I believe in a fine balance and a Constitution to get back in line with when we stray...

These people are human. Even without malicious intent, people make mistakes. It is our duty and our right to question their motives. What if the population of Germany had questioned Hitler????

No, you are listening to both sides of the argument. They are saying not to question the motives of the Neo-Libs. Why? Because they are smarter than us and will do what is right. But please, go ahead and question Conservatives all you want, they are all dumb (that is why they are the heads of company's, they aren't smart enough to be protesters).
