My wife, for decades, has had a prayer she says to her Guardian Angel, and swears that her Guardian Angel does protect her and those she prays for. I used to think that was all "cute" until I began to see how her relationship with her Guardian Angel really did have positive impact on her and those she prayed for. And then, after years of marriage, I began to wonder if, and then realize for sure, that angels are real, and Guardian Angels are real, and the reason why hers works so well for her is that SHE IS an angel!! I know that may sound crazy, but as I kept loving her and being married to her and "watching" her over the years, I began to realize that she had to be an "angel rookie" (for lack of a better word) that was working to "earn her wings" as is often said. And now, I can guarantee you, SHE has earned her wings. She has put up with and dealt with lots of challenges in life and come out "smelling-like-a-rose", and she and her Guardian Angel work so well together because she has come to know it so well that I swear they must be very close friends, and I'd swear she has become one, and I get to benefit from her goodness. I know all this may sound crazy, but even though I'm a retired mental health professional with 20+ years experience, I'm used to watching patterns in human behavior, and that woman, my wife, MUST BE an angel. I sure hope that works well for my spiritual being. Thanks for your question. I don't often tell people this. God Bless you. And, do pay attention to your Guardian Angel. He/She is awaiting your every prayer. God provided that blessing for you.

Depends on which angel I need at the time, but mostly I just talk to them - in person or on the phone (cell works too!). Sometimes I write notes or emails. If I have longer, I may write a letter, but I hardly do that any more because it takes so much time, though I know they appreciate it.

There is an ancient prayer--Almighty God I ask for your protection, guidance, and healing--please help me to meet my Guardian Angel and communicate effectively with Him/Her, thank you, for example. Ask and you shall receive. It works always, as long as you obey the celestial code of hurting no one. Be well.

Mostly its hard to talk to an angel because they
are protectors & messengers and are under the
total obedience to the Lord. When I need my angel's
help (no don't you all laugh me down), I ask the Holy
Spirit to please tell my angel (Sheliah) for whatever
I need. He has helped me 1,000s of times. If I ask
him, he can't obey because he is angelic and I am
human. Actually, I am a lesser species than he/she
is.

My guardian angel is always with me. I just kinda 'talk' to him. like prayer, only directed to him instead of God.

umm sry i am not religioius, i am atheist, but i am buddhist(it is a philosophy) just get in touch with yourself, check in, go over the pros and cons of your life and think about how to do right. u are the only one who can protect yourself from u!
