My sex life is fabulous and have been with my bf for four years but we're very open to new things and I've thought about getting them for years!

I think it absolutely depends on the couple.
There are many reasons why breast implants could improve a couple's sex life:
- larger breasts may give a woman who has been insecure about her small breast size more sexual confidence and she may be more participant and enthusiastic about her sex life
- A man who "values" breast size (for good or ill, no judgements) may be more enthusiastic and participant in his sex life for similar reasons. Larger breasts could turn him on more visually, and could also lead to his being more affirmative and complimentary of his sex partner in and out of bed.
On the other hand...
- Most breast implants feel artificial to the touch. The more natural breast you had to begin with and the larger the size you are trying to achieve the more "fake" the breasts will feel, and it can even be uncomfortable hug to closely or lie on top of one's partner.
If the decision is made solely to meet an excessive visual standard, the fact that the breasts may be unattractive to the touch (or the skin stretched to the point of obscenity) may not actually help one's sex life.
- If both partners are not in agreement that this is a positive thing, the artificial breasts can become a source of friction, resentment, or simple waning of physical attraction. As you can imagine, this is a real sex-life killer!
So it depends on the couple, the individuals involved, and the true reasons the breast implants are being sought. It's a big decision, and should be considered carefully...because it helped one couple's sex life, doesn't mean it's guaranteed to help yours!

I am a guy and let me just say that I really don't like breat implants. Before I got married I dated a girl with breast implants and every time we had sex I cought myself thinking that I was making love to a sex doll. I don't know, maybe it's just me. But I absolutely don't see any sex appeal in large artificial boobs.

if her sex life was already great what exactly improved? if you are considering having major surgery to improve your sex life, maybe its not the size of your boobs that are the problem. there are lots of couples out there having great sex and not all the women have breast implants.

You should tell her she may experience a plateau phase when the novelty wears off. I t may happen at any time, or then maybe he'll drop a hint about other little 'flaws' to have altered.

Great for them. I however have a boyfriend that will KILL me if I ever get implants... I'm not complaining.

I think if you love someone it doesn't matter how big their breasts are the sex will be great anyway.
