You need to get in touch with one of the Realtor. Some agents may allow you to use their access if you want to buy property from them and you don't have to pay anything.

One agent gave me his access and I didn't even buy anything; I just told him I'm looking for properties.

If you worked on developing a professional relationship with a licensed Realtor in TN, you would both have a mutually beneficial outcome.

I suspect you know that you should secure your real estate license to access the MLS and have chosen not to do that.

Work with a Realtor to legitimately yield the benefits. I also suspect you'd rather avoid having an agent benefit with earning a commission for hard work and assume you can simply "pay a monthly fee". How arrogant. Sorry.

Jason,
The right way to do this is to get your real estate license and hang your license with a broker with the sole intent of being a RE investor only.

It is against MLS rules for anyone to give you their access code. The person who gave the previous poster theirs should lose all privileges. The MLS is not for the public. It was created, is maintained and paid for by members, period.
