Look at all of the sales in the complex/area in the last 6 months and see how your price compares to condos with the same square footage.
If price per square foot is lower than yours, then it's probably not a good deal.

That is $316 per square foot. Look at comparible properties and comps. That is a good way to judge real estate prices.

Depends on where. In Miami, it's perfectly reasonable. In Chicago it's a steal!!! In Atlanta you're being ripped off.
