I would vote for Giuliani. The country needs somebody that is a political departure from the typical candidate that their party puts out. We live in very standoffish times, where the Democrats and Republicans go at each other like a couple of bratty siblings. We need someone who can stretch into the other party -- a more conservative Democrat or a more liberal Republican. I think Giuliani could be that for the Republicans.

Based on the field so far, I don't see the Democrats fielding such a candidate on their side (maybe Barack Obama). Clinton is still a polarizing figure, and she's the front-runner.

Rudy is just Rudy. So he stepped forward after 911. The media would cover his every move, his every word. The Saudis offered NYC 10 million dollars and he refused it. STUPID. Before 911, he was just another Mayor, another bump on a log. He was good for New York at a time when anyone else who happened to be Mayor, would have taken care of matters which besieged the city at that time the same as he did, if not better. Now he is an ex-mayor. I see him but he means nothing to me. He isn't too liberal. He's served his purpose. Perhaps he should write a book or two, if he hasn't already.
But he would never be a good president.

I'm not sure if Giuliani's womanizing and adulterous lifestyle meets the standards of excellence of the RedsState Moral High-ground.

That is why Newt Gingrich was not given the nod. Eleven affairs with his students soured the GOP they want the Reds to keep it in the closet.

under no circumstances might I vote for rude Rudy. If 9/11 had no longer got here approximately he might nevertheless be the discredited, 2 timing jerk he replaced into the day in the previous. Have we forgotten how he further his female chum to Gracie Mansion and boffed interior the mattress room next to his daughter? How despicably he behaved in direction of his spouse for the duration of the consequent fuss? If Clinton's behaviour replaced into undesirable, what can we are saying some guy who screws his mistress in his spouse's mattress, the place his little ones will pay attention? On 8/11 he replaced right into a disgraced and discredited fool, yet bin Ladn gave him of project to wrap himself up interior the stars and stripes, and we greater advantageous no longer be so stupid as to have faith he has what it takes to be a stable president. McCain a minimum of has some functional journey interior the senate, and ought to get issues finished. rude Rudy is conscious little approximately Washington, and the only way his administration ought to accomplish something is that if somebody who did understand what they have been doing replaced into conserving his faithless penis of their pocket.

I believe Rudy would make a good president. Setting aside some of his liberal views he does have strong values and he sticks behind what he stands for. That's more then I can say for others.

If he wins the Republican nomination then yes I would. Other than that I don't think so. It depends on who is running for the Republican nomination because he is a little too liberal for me. I do think that he is a man of good character and would probably be a good President but I prefer someone more conservative.

Two things turn me against him, one too liberal and two he tried to change the rules and hold office in NYC longer than he was suppose to. The second is the biggy, I will never vote for anyone who advocates staying in office longer than they should, that s a dangerous precident that dictators use to maintain power. Rudy might be a nice guy but he will never have my vote.

In a presidential election against Obama of Hillary, obviously I would have no choice but to vote for him. However, he's probably the last man that I would want to represent the Republican party.

He's too liberal, so I would not vote for him in the primary. But I believe he is genuine and honest which is more than can be said for most liberals. So I'd have to say that I would take him over most liberals.
