Its possible but unlikely. A missed period is the most common sign. Although, a few will experience tiredness, cramping, etc the first week.

I was positive I was pregnant from the first couple weeks and I know the exact date. I had 1 positive hpt and 2 negative ones. So I went to my doctor's lab and had a bood test which was also negative. I knew the negative tests were all wrong, so I somehow managed to convince my doctor to do a pelvic examine and sure enough, I was 6 weeks along!!! You can't really be sure, you can have a feeling though. Also, you could take an early pregnancy test, but they say to wait 19 days after you think you conceived!

A women isn't pregnant the first week.... According to the doc's timing anyway, they cound from the first day of your menstrual cycle because they can never pinpoint the day of actual ovulation. Can she tell the first week AFTER she's pregnant (roughly Week 3 of being pregnant) depends on how much she knows her body... if she's measuring her BBT and watching cervical mucus changes etc... then absolutely she'd know.

Probably not if she has never had a baby before.
I knew with this current pregnancy that I was 2 weeks after. The test never came positive until 4 weeks.
