I get up at 3 AM. Time to swim! Of course, it's not even 10 PM yet on the East Coast USA and 7 PM on the West.

it's 2:48 on my clock. I'm delaying going to bed because I don't want to get into a depressive angry state. It's safe here at the PC. I'm a bit mental today.

May I be so audacious as to ask what YOU are doing up at 3a?
I mean, that must be the time it is wherever you are, so you assume it's the same time everywhere? It's 7:12p here. Please think of some better questions or you'll only get people like me who are winding down after a busy day & just "surfing"....

Not addicted, would love to be snuggled up in bed, but what else is there to do when your hyperactive 3 yr old daughter is wide awake and insists on watching "Gadget boy" on sky?

I work night shift at a hospital, or do you think we send all the patients home at night and have them check back in every morning
