An eraser may sounds of the questions, since the surface of contact is simply not enough! Use hot water with sponge and carpet cleaners and scrub as hard as you can! Next time, just be careful not to get pencil marks on carpets again! : )

Try using carpet cleaner at half strength and a sponge or rag and always wipe towards the mark, not away to keep it from moving. scrub and then rinse with cool wet rag and then dry with a thick towel by pressing down and turning the towel. If you have Oxy clean it will do a good job too. Good luck.

Use a big eraser.
Use it first a few times on paper.
Then rub it across the spot.

and spots on the market to.

Plain soap and water should remove it, but if not you can buy a can of carpet cleaner and that should do the trick.

Scrub a little A-jax on it, then scrub a little water on it, lol and it should come out. You might have to do it a couple of times.
