That would be Prometheus. His punishment was to be bound to a mountain and have his liver torn out every day by an eagle. He was rescued by Hercules who shot the eagle. Since Herk was Daddy Zeus's bouncing baby boy, Pops let him off the hook for freeing Prometheus.
In some versions of the story, Zeus knows that he can't rescind his own punishment. So to get around the fact that Prometheus was to have been bound to the rock forever, he makes a ring with a piece of stone from the mountain.
Prometheus wears the ring -- problem solved. But I bet he still never ate fried liver for dinner. ;-)

That would be Prometheus. He and his brother Epimetieus sided with Zeus and the Olympians when the rest of the titans were cast into Tartarus. The two brothers wer given the tasks of creating creatures to inhabit the earth. Epimetieus worked quickly, creating all variety of animals and bestwoimn many gifts eupon them (Fur for warmth, claws and horrns for defense, fangs for hunting. Good ears and eyes to see in the night and hear even small sounds.) Prometheus worked carefully crafting men and women and when he was done there were none of the gifts left save for intelligence. He pleaded several times with Zeus to gove his creations fire so that they could be warm and protect them selves but weas always denied. Finally, he stole some burning embers from the sacred hearth on Olympus and gave the fire to man. For this he was punished by being tied to a cliff and every day an eagle comes and eats his liver. as he was immortal, his liver would grow back at night only to be eaten again the next day.
To punish mankind, the gods had something different in mind. They Gave to the woman Pandora (The wife of Epimetheus) a box and told he not to open it for any reason. They also instilled upon her an intense curiosity. Finally she could no longe contain herself and opened the box. When she did ALL the ills of the world escaped. She quickly closed the box trapping in it the thing that had been at the very bottom, hope.

Prometheus gave fire to humans and was punished for it, but he wasn't a titan. Not sure if that is who you are looking for.
