I had a dream that I was pregnant when I was 15...
I'm 14
The dream was so vivid, I can still remember it- most dreams I don't even care about, or the ones that I do care about, I forget in 2 hours.
I would go into details, but I'd rather not.
All I can say is, the dream was revolved around me giving birth to a boy.

Dreams tend to be more manifestations of fear than prophecies. Dreams also tend to be formed in code rather than outright messages. Your brain puts it's fears and preoccupations into symbols. Seeing yourself pregnant with a boy just simply means that you're "carrying" thoughts and concerns about a boy around with you and you intuitively hope that by the time you're 15, your efforts will come to fruition.
You sound like a level headed teen if sex and pregnancy aren't on your radar screen. Just think "symbols" when it comes to your dreams and don't worry about their literal meaning.

Don't worry about it! The reason it was so vivid was because you dreamed in REM sleep. I am guessing the reason you had the dream was because it is a fear that you have. If you need more help, email me!

Could be a warning, or something you are worried about. Could be that your inner child is trying to get out, and will in a year ;) or two.

Maybe your afraid to have a child. Maybe your first child will be a boy. Who knows.
