I'm all about Mickie James and Lita, but wouldn't ignore Trish, Torrie, Ashley, or Maria, either

Trish has to be one of the best, but since she is currently not a "wrestler" I would say, Mickie James. She is pretty tough and seems to be learning her way around the ring.
Most of the others that you mention, are just there for looks...not really that good in the ring.

1st what do u mean best now looks or just plain HOT, or just all around best the kinda gal u feel u like to meet just hey lets go have a cup of java now that would be the Best to me someone u could just sit there and talk and enjoy each others company and see how much they truly enjoy what they are doing when u see in there face and there eyes u know oh SORRY there's alot to consider here ,toss up between Mickie n Ashley I'd picked Mickie yes wrestler even thou they all put out 110% at what they do.

Lita or Victoria. They both can wrestle and they both have (had in Lita's case) a personality that draw the crowds to them. Granted, it's because they're crazy, in Victoria's case, or in Lita's case, evil and a sl*t, although she was over than most of the guys at one point. I'd put Mickie in there too, but she's just another perky happy 'Diva' now, she was awesome when she was insane.

For actual wrestling ability, I'd have to go with Victoria. She is undersused WAYYYY too much. A close second would be Mickie James. Trish is retired, so she no longer counts. As far as looks go, I met Ashley and she took a pic with me, so I have to give her my vote.

Lita and Trish are retired, Ashley Maria and Melina barely wrestle, I don't like Victoria so Mickie.
P.S. But Torrie is the hottest!
