ps2 online help.?

every time i try to play online i get this message "PLAYSTATION 2 INFORMATION DISK ERROR DNAS ERROR -402"

anybody knows about this error or what it means?

my slim ps2 is registered in Sony website,and i connect it with ADSL connection also the ps2 can connect online with the connection test.
