It sounds like your uterus is going through the exercises, like it's prepping for the delivery, practicing. Sounds like you are getting close.

It is premature labor! If it is too much pain to bare then you need to go to hospital! Many women start labor with back pain I have not but I know they always say wait for contractions and time them... when you have one at least 10 min apart and they last for a minute continue timing at that point for at least 1 hour! Unless they get to painful! Drink some water and either try laying down and relieving pressure or get up and move to help it go. whatever you want to do! But just remember even if you are not having contractions you could be having back labor! Good Luck

If your ever in question call the labor and delivery desk at you local hospital. they have nurses on staff that can ask you specific questions to know if weather or not your in labor. Unless the pains are coming rhymically every 5-10 mins apart or your water has broken, then your not in true labor, but they may want to see you anyway. I'd check with them.

Well either way way baby is coming anyday!! Cramping is normal in late pregnancy and is a sign of labor too, I wish there was a way or knowing 100% it would make pregnant women very happy.

You are probably have braxen hixs contractions. Until you see blood in your urine you and baby are probably okay. I had that in all of my 4 pregnancies. The last one was a hum dinger. The doctor told me to drink two to three glasses of water and lay on my right side. This should help. It could also be a sign of dehydration according to my doctor when this happened to me. Stay blessed and congrads on new baby.

that happens in the end part of your pregnancy..so you dont have long to go. Good Luck. Also try walking it may relieve the pain. That's what the Dr. told me to do when i started to have pains like that..although I'm only 26 weeks..so I know I'm no where close to giving birth yet.

time them, from start of one to start of other and how long each lasts! if they are 5 min apart and lasting more than 40 sec, you are probably in labor! So you know, your water doesn't have to break so don't count on it for you to go to the hospitol, only 5% of women actually have their water break naturally most need the dr to break it!!
