why do guys have nipples? they're useless.WHY!!!!!!

They have nipples because they're part of human anatomy, now if a man has breast that would be another issue, which could happen when a man may had excessive female hormones.
Perhaps this is too much information but when an embryo is being formed the female clit is relatively big and if the embryo is male this "clit" develops as a penis.

I agree, guys nipples are sensitive just like girls.

Because all fetuses start off as female. Besides, the can be an erogenous zone, so enjoy them!
