My previous post on this didn't help me much.
im serious. I dont understand how to do a squat, tell me. and i hope it actually gets it bigger and not just tighter. Also when people say to wait unitl you completely finish puberty, isnt it easier to grow in the "growth stage" of life (in the middle of puberty) before its too late? And obviously i mean i dont want to get fat everywhere either. I better not hear a "just eat alot."

You can do Squats with heavier weights and lesser count say 5 or 6 counts per set. I'd recommend you to go to your local gym and workout. The work goes like this: you rest a barbell with weights or dumb-bells on your shoulders and sit down slowly such that your thighs are parallel to the floor. Exhale as you slowly come up. Now the trick here is, you got to bend upper back and your shoulder slightly such that your butt points out and your abdomen tries to touch your thigh as you go down. Make sure that you don't injure your lower back. You also need to do hamstring lift for getter firmer thighs. This exercise is simple - you just need to bend lift a barbell, stand, bend down again without touching the ground this time and stand again. Make sure your back remains straight when you do the workout. Workout your thighs once a week and you'll see good results in a month.

I'm recommending you workouts because they're good for you and adds strength to lower body along with shaping your thighs. Remember, your body might be different from others but it's the person on the inside that's important. So, dress up according to your body and carry yourself confidently without developing an insecure feeling.

By the way, if you're too young, consult your gym instructor or your doctor on lifting weights. I started lifting weights only when I was 17.

Don't wory too much honey, the work belongs to you!:-) Cheers!

You can't choose where you gain weight. If you start eating more and lifting weights, there's no guarantee your butt will reap the benefits.
The shape of your butt is primarily based on genetics. Take a look at your parents or other relatives and you'll probably notice that you have inherited some of their genes.
Doing lower body exercises (along with upper body training and cardio, of course) and eating more calories than you burn can help you build muscle but your genetics will decide how much your butt can really change.
There isn't a magic exercise that will make your butt change

Everyone I know in their 30's and 40's are trying to get a smaller butt.

Puberty will grow butt and breasts on woman like it does facial hair on men. It is never too late for a big butt, do not worry about that. I am looking for gals WITHOUT that huge ugly caboose. If you can keep a firm small butt, you will be the desire of all men and the envy of all women. It's the shape, not the size. I should be in proportion to your waist. Keep a rock solid set of abs, and your chest and hips give you those great sexy curves of a goddess. If you want kids, your first pregnancy will create the hips to carry the kid on.

Just chill, keep fit, don't worry so much gal. (Abs, girl, abs...)

By the way, here is how to do a squat:

The size of your butt shouldn't determine what kind of person you are inside. Thinking about thoughts like this (i wish i had a "nicer" butt/boobs/hair/legs...whatever you name the body part) is absurd. It would be impossible* to get a bigger butt if your parents/ancestors didn't pass down that trait to you. My point is, you are born with the body you have. It's yours and all yours; no one else owns it. Thats why you should learn to accept the fact that the genes you have aren't the same as the genes your bestfriend has, and therefore not everyone stores fat the same way. Look around you, open your eyes a bit, and you'll see that people are either pear shaped, apple, carrot, or ruler. Everyone has insecure feelings about their own body, but once you start accepting who you really are, chances are your inner-self will glow and people will deffinately be attracted to you.

Eat alot!!!

haha.. no, Squats are going to tighten the muscles in da butt, so as to make it firm.... I would advise you to use a pair of dumbells, its pretty simple, with your feet abou shoulder width apart bend your knees keeping your back as strait as possible, go down as far as you can without falling over.. Now Explosively stand up focus on using your thigh and lower butt muscles... until your standing up.... Yo could probably find a better illustration on a fitness website...

Hey Girl! I am going to tell you the truth if you want a bigger butt eating carbs is the answer! Cornbread, breads, pasta, and potatoes will help. Also, you might want to do some excercises to keep yourself slim and trim in places other than your butt.

You should be happy with your body the way it is, and any guy who is good enough for you should be too. My advice: learn to dress for your body type. Maybe wear a sash around your hips to accentuate them, or wear tighter jeans to make your but pop out a little.

Pack it full of walnuts.
Once you stuff like 40 walnuts in there, it will be noticeably bigger.
Or if you like, I have something I can put in there for you, too. Shaped like a pepper mill.
Oh, wait, it's a pepper mill.
