Yes. Every talent scout in America is looking for new talent. That is their job. "looking for" things is what "scouts" do.
This is not the place for such a question. Google talent scouts, talent agencies, booking agents, etc. and get the names of specific ones and get their contact information.
Also, go on MySpace and start networking there.
