no but spud webb was able and he was like 5"8. mugsy was too short

Yes! Check out some old footage when he played for the Charlotte Hornets...mid 90's, with Alonzo Mourning.
I'm also pretty sure he was in (and may have won) the NBA All-Star Slam Dunk contest.

I don't know about Mugsy but Nate Robinson could and hes 5'9".

I never saw Muggsy dunk, I don't think he ever did, but he did once block a shot attempt by 7 footer Patrick Ewing.

I dont think so, im 5'3 i cant dunk sadly....... but i remember watching Earl Boykins dunking ricdiculous, Iverson was crazy at dunking before 2000... he dunk tap in the missed free throws.

yes muggsy could dunk, he played in the Baltimore area with a lot of the Georgetown guys. his hands were to small for him to attempt it in a regular game though

No. He was 5'3 . But you don't have to be able to dunk to be a very good basketball player.
