I am only in 5th grade but what is the best University for becoming a radiologist?(That u know of) I want to be an actress or singer or model someday but that is my next choice. Do they make good enough money? (I do not mean becoming rich)
It means someone who studies x-rays.

hi i am in the 8th grade and i am also interested in becoming a radiologist first do some research on the subject go to wikipedia there is a lot of info on radiation and stuff like that
there is another website called radiologyinfo.org there is tons of information including pictures as for schools first look for a technical collage in your area and see if they have the program and there are different kinds of radiologists they can make $43,350 or more
if u really are interested UW-Madison as a program but it can be expensive and it can take four years ur best bet is to go to tech school for 2 yrs. make sure u really like it then if u like it u can continue it in collage however if u go to madison u have to take another language i am taking french in high school u should take (not required but recommened) algebra and chemistry also see if ur high school has programs for people wanting to get into a medical career
if u really like it keep at it go to school and work up to it thats what i'm doing i think u will find that u will really like it it is very interesting also some other careers in that area are nuclear medicine techincians- they specilize in radioactive substances and they help cancer paitents

A Radiologist is a Medical Doctor (MD). So, you will need to go through Medical School, then do what they call a residency...basically work experience reading xrays...for 3-5 years before you will be called a Radiologist.
FOr now, focus on being a kid. 5th grade is too young to be looking at a career choice.
