Secretary - strong English skills
manual dexterity for typing
Vet Tech
ability to work with animals & people and follow directions

You're going to college to be a secretary? Clue - you don't need a college degree for that. If you want to HAVE a secretary, go to college.

a good work ethic, organization and desire. something you won't get taught in any college. it take good upbringing and mentoring for that.
