I can't believe you remember Misfits of Science. That show was great.
Wonder Years: I think you can find at Best Buy, Circuit City, and just about any stores that sells DVDs. It's not available yet, but it will be soon.
Manimal will be available soon.
Voyagers: don't know.
Misfits of Science: I don't think it will ever appear on DVD because not too many people remember that series. I bet most people doesn't even know that Courtney Cox was on that show before she was on Friends.
