As the baby grows, there is less room inside for your internal organs, and things push into other things. The baby begins to grow into the diaphram area, and due to this, there is less room for the lungs to expand, so there is less air getting in.
When you feel this, sometimes laying down and laying on your left side helps things settle down, and standing and walking around will help with the shifting as well. But you may just have to take it easy during those times and work the breathing out.

If you haven't ever had breathing problems, before your preganancy, then I'm sure that it's only from overexertion and the extra strain of your pregnancy - it should pass. To be on the safe side, run this by your OB also. Good luck and congrats on your baby!!

Exactly that... not so much room left in your tummy space and your uterus is pushing up on your lungs making it harder to breath. Everything will return to normal once you deliver, only 9 more weeks to go!!!

You are carrying quite a load all in one place. It's normal for you to get out of breath faster. It's the same reason overweight people tend to get out of breath faster.

i replaced into in a automobile twist of destiny 20 years in the past. approximately to circulate on the line on a down-ramp. On my left there replaced right into a hill. It replaced into raining. I yielded, stopped, looked by my left area view/rear view, even cranked the window down, caught my head out the window searching for oncoming site visitors. no longer something. Proceeded and the subsequent component I knew somebody hit me on my left (this occurred in Brooklyn and those acceleration lanes are no longer long). i ended upside-down interior the motor vehicle gazing the sky and replaced into fortunate I survived and that automobile did no longer explode. Took me years earlier I have been given at the back of the wheel yet i ultimately have been given my self assurance back. in case you haven't any longer performed so, initiate via using domestically or perhaps in a carpark. whenever you experience effective sufficient to hit the line, save to the shrink, stay interior the slow lane and constantly seem at your rear/area view mirrors and save the two palms on the wheel. save sufficient distance between you and the motor vehicle in front. If somebody at the back of you thinks you're "going too slow" they are going to take the passing lane. in the event that they tailgate, placed your probability lights furniture on. Very effective fairly at evening. they are going to get the message and the two carry back or replace lanes. I have been given my self assurance via using some miles to the prepare station and back. Then I did the nail-biter - I-80. i replaced into so worried my poor husband held onto the dashboard yet now if he's drained he falls asleep each and every time Icontinual, lol. I additionally chew gum which looks to calm me if i've got self assurance hectic. solid success.
