i have a forum that won't work?

whenever i try to add a new topic on the administration panel it won't work it keeps on saying that there is nothing there but when i go to the panel it says that it's there can u help me here's the link

If its some forum software you gought from a site reload it. If you made it you need to recheck your code or show us the code.
