nickmail users?

does anyone use nickmail (for adults...its the nickelodeon websites email for kids)?

my kid can't get mail. is there some way to fix it?

I don't know how to fix your kid's email, all I can suggest is to get him a new email (choosing a new nickname) with a new registration on:
http://www.nick.com/registration/index.jhtml
