Na and Rb are inn the same group (alkali metals) so they would be the closest

Na and Rb. They are in the same group of the periodic table so react in similar ways. Even though Na and Ar are closer on the periodic table they are very different due to sodium only having 1 electron in it's outer shell and argon having a full compliment of 8. As is very different to the others so is right out of the question.

Check on the periodic table Rb and Na are in the same colum so they are the most chemically similar and both will react to the same substances.
