LOve both of them.
Saw Roy Orbison open up for the Eagels in 1980 in Los Angeles.

Michael McDonald is solo, and has been since The Doobie's. Roy Orbison was with The Traveling Wilberries until his death.

Well Roy Orbison is dead and has been for like 10 years or more. I did like the Doobie Brothers too but they arent together anymore.

Roy died a few years ago. The Doobie Brothers will be starting a tour on Feb.3rd,2007 in Kelseyville, CA. I loved the DB and Toulouse Street was one of my favorite albums. They have just hired a new drummer, Ed Toth who used to play with Vertical Horizon.

Yes I remember them but Roy Orbison was my favorite. Never will forget Just Running Scared, awesome talent.

doobie bros are awesome. they were here in orlando fl a couple of years ago at a free street party ( minus michael mcdonald but with another member who sounded the same) they are coming back here in february or march to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS Mardi Gras celebration. They still sound great as ever and most of the old members still around but have added some new ones. Same good ole southern rock and roll. Come on down to O-town and party with the Doobies at Universal Studios. It's alot of fun!
