It looks as though no one wants to give you a serious answer. Well, the cheapest and easiest thing to do to get the most from your sled as simply to keep it in a good state of tune, both engine and all chassis/track adjustments. Next would be to talk with an experienced person about changing springs, weights, and ramps in the clutch.

the next thing to do is change exhaust. you can find cheap aftermarket pipes on ebay. nothing wrong with used. you can also take off the head and take it to a local machine shop and he can mill it down for you so you can get better compression. that should cost less than a 100 bucks and takking off a head is pretty easy just ask your local dealer the torque specs before reassembly. thats about it for cheap. quickies.

You could change the size of the clutch,,, for speed,,or for power!!
