You should put your wallet in your front pocket, just make sure that your pants have deeper front pockets so that you would have to dig into it so not to have it fall out or pickpocketed. Although some Dr. recommend this because putting it in your back pocket would cause undue pressure on certain nerves and may give you an unwanted backaches or leg pains. Since pickpocketers prefer picking from the back, it's a no-brainer to put it in your front pockets.

Use your back pocket since it is the tightest pocket. This makes it harder for someone to tryh and pick-pocket you. And frankly I wouldn't want somebodyh to pickc-pocket me.So just use your back pocket.

Front pocket--not only to thwart pick-pockets but to avoid.the visible impression that they leave on the fabric of rear pockets from sitting on them.
