How do you get a job as a fantasy sport expert?

I'm thinking you have to be related to someone or be hired under a "challenged" program. After seeing that one of the so-called experts at CBSSportsline picked Mariano Rivera with the 14th overall pick in last month's mock draft, I'm leaning toward the second option.

Seriously, some of them are really good, but some are just terrible. Many of them are actually hire by the magazines, so you may want to look to Sports Illustrated, etc. if you are truly looking for a job. However, I wouldn't expect the pay to be that good.....
