If you are from Florida, or visit Florida often, which beach town do you find most beautiful. The only one that you hear about most often is South Beach.

16-20yo... prolly Clearwater
21- 30yo ... looking for nice beach and nightlife... South Beach
Siesta Key... just off Sarasota for a nice quiet Beautiful Beach

I say Key biscayne, you park where the crandon park is, i think parking is about 7$ and then you walk into where the 'private' beach begins, private just mean that the only way to get in through the street is with a key but there is no type of restriction, in between the parking lot and the houses there is a lot of 'empty' beach. Also, you can go to Deerfield beach, it is nice and if you go early on sat morning (7 am) a store called Island Water Sports offers free surfing lessons and they lend you a board from 7-9 am

I used to visit my brother in West Palm and went to Riviera Beach frequently. South Beach is nice but way too crowded. The Keys have some magnificent beaches.
To me, any beach with no litter, soft sand and a reasonable number of people works.

Destin, in my opinion has the best looking beach in florida.. and is pretty relaxing , while still having a pretty decent nightlife.
Destin has some jellyfish, but if you can overlook that its gorgeous.. very VERY clean. not full of high schoolers. and just a good beach.. Price is pretty reasonable around there as well..
Tampa would come in a close second. Just having Ybor city really helps.. and the beach is really clean.
Miami/South beach is nice.. but usually pretty crowded.
Key West area is very pretty..

Clearwater as well as Naples beaches are fantastic..Personally, we visit the Florida Keys everymonth...Highly recommend Islamorada..try La Siesta.resort.fantastic!!!

Captiva Island beach...voted the most romantic sunset AND the shelling capital of Florida.
This is only 2 miles of beach, but i used to live there and it is defiently the most beautiful!!

I like Clearwater, and return often. By the way, don't go to Orlando for the beaches you won't be impressed, lol..
