I have fast internet speed, time warner and I have tried firefox and internet explorer, neither have made a difference, look for yourself, any suggestions? http://youtube.com/user/foxyraley

Yeah, it's your video. What kind of file are you uploading?
If you are using an AV file, try mpeg.
My son might have some ideas, check back later and I'll add his comments.

because u dont wait long enough for it to load. open the movie and pause it untill the light red bar is at lease 3/4 of the way trough

It is your computer that is making it so choppy. My computer is just like it. You can't really do anything about it!
