I need to find out what is concidered cohabitation in Mississippi, is one night, a weekend , or do the parties have to be actually living with one another?

The idea of cohabitation usually relates to married couples or those who are acting like it. One minute or one life time; if you have been "together"; that's cohabitation; including with or without sex. Cohabitation is just as much about quality "time" as it is quality and healthy "activities"... for all of us who may have cousins in Mississippi we may want to call and break it to them gently.

Cohabitation ..
two parties have to actually be sharing living quarters to be in cohabitation..

Simply spending one night or spending a weekend at someones house does not qualify..

they have to share joint domicile andin alot of states 6 months or more qualify as common law marriage
