Oliver Stone. I took a course on his Cold-War era films and ended up watching all of them. The symbolism and personal experiences that he injects into many of his films make them so much more believable. Alexander is another story...

I think it was great that Martin Scorsese got a Golden Globe. He has made a lot of wonderful movies. Sometimes the same people don't get the Oscar that got the Golden Globe. Sometimes they try to spread it around to the deserving one.
