Custom built oversized case:case with quick release slots.
(4 *5.25) 8*3.5 bays. With Athlon 64 Fx-60 Dual core, 3gb ram, 1(300gb internal for OS) 512mb Geforce 7950 PCIe card and 800w PSU and 1.6TB (4*400gb) external hdd array and I have maybe $1000-$1100 invested in it and it should last me a while..Thanks

with an AMD Turion 64 Mobility Processor ,with an ATI Radeon express 200M built in graphics card 1gig of DDR-2 Ram and a 100 gigabyte hard drive

it works, but some games are a little slow like halo and doom 3 but other than that its a good notebook.

Western Digital 500gig- 7200 rpm HDD,

2gig Corsair XMS RAM (SLI-ready),

AMD Athlon 3800+ CPU (2.45 ghz),

nVidia GeForce 7300 gs video card
(128mb native onboard memory[overclocked at 650mhz core clock]. Running 512mb of unused RAM as suppliment memory).

Writemaster DVD/CD/RW drive.

Going SLI in the next two months {using GeForce 7950GT, or 8800GTX God willing}

Compaq Precario(HP) but building yourself is the way to go. You can personalize it to fit your needs. Its pretty easy too. HowStuffWorks.com has a good guide for doing it.
