You're supposed to wear cotton underwear and loose clothing among other things to avoid yeast infections.

what? your question is worded horribly, but what im thinking is.. if your wearing tight underwear and it feels like you have a yeast infection, than get one size up, they'll still fit but probably wont hurt you... geez

probably because your underwear is too tight an it feels uncomfortable and you cant breathe so too speak
try wearing undies that aren't as tight

I think you should get bigger underwear so you can "breathe" right. It could also stop your worrying.
