Well assuming you're someone who wants to party it up...and i'm gonna assume this is your first time bar hopping, clubbing..at least legally in the US. Hit up Pioneer Square in downtown, but bring some friends, cus some areas there can be shady. Since your birthday is on a sunday, you can head there Saturday night right at midnight. And I guarantee it'll be hopping. There's a lot of good clubs and dance clubs there, get a club hopping pass..it's not something i'd do every weekend. But if you're in the mood to party...and you should be..hit up Pioneer Square. If you want a little more relaxed crowd, hit up Belltown in downtown Seattle as well..but the age group there is more 25-30, while pioneer square is more 21-25. Have fun, happy early birthday.

Wild Ginger- it's a Thai restaurant on 1401 Third Avenue in Seattle. I'd recommend reservations, since it tends to be a crowded/popular place, especially on weekends. There's also The Triple Door in the same building, which has live music.
