I think gay men should be able to use women's restrooms because a lot of the activity that goes on in men's rooms (flatulence, extreme excretion, masturbation, spitting, etc.) can be very offensive to a homosexual.

You think that's offensive huh? Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against gays, but I prefer for us chicks to have our own space. However, If I ever caught a MAN in a woman's restroom, he would get the living *ell beat out of him. He'd probably end up with some broken bones.
Other women would probably scream bloody murder. Then you'd have to deal with security, maybe even get arrested for being a perv.
Save yourself the grief. Just use the men's room and get out.
You think just because someone's gay it would be ok to use the other gender's space? Think again. For example, look at the divorce rate. Many guys are single dads. They take their daughters shopping, etc. What do you think would happen to you if the kid went in and a few minutes later you came out with the father waiting out front?
Oh, and just to let you know, I agree with the other posting. Don't think all women's restrooms are sunshine and roses. Women can be pigs just as much as a man. Sometimes worse.

well sometimes i use the men's restroom, if there's no one in there. i feel uncomfortable using the girls restroom if there's people in there i dont know or if i'm not with a friends...because i get a lot of sh*t for being gay, a lot of girls run out of the restroom because they think that i'll rape them. so, if the gay man feels like he cant use the bathroom without being harrassed, then i dont see why not. maybe that guy should try to use the single bathrooms, or the family ones that r 4 guys and girls.
i didn't know guy masterbate in restrooms, i wish girls would do that. then maybe i'd use the woman's room more often.

THat is so absurd no and why are you guys masturbating in the damn bathroom is it that hard to say no...nevermind dont wanta know ..anyways unless you were naturally born a male and feel you are truly a woman and have been completely completely into the new lifestyle as a woman then i agree you should-however i find it absurd to believe that every gay man is feminine or will get aroused or will be unable to cope with the lack of bathroom manners based on the fact of his sexual orientation and if its really that bad i'd hide in a stall then i guess

It's not "right" for them to use it. It's definitely weird. But in general, women are less likely to get "excitement" from what they see in the men's room, than a man would in the ladies' room.

No. There are things unpleasing to straight men too.
And in order for this to happen gay men would have to have a way to visualing identify themselves as gay as to not scare women or have straight rapists come in.
I think that having a big sign on you that says "Don' worry ladies I am gay" would be a bit dangerous giving the ignorance of today's masses.

Women's restrooms aren't always that clean either. No offense, but I don't like using a restroom a man has used. (you know, many places have the "uni" restrooms). Anyhow, i know it's not your fault, but your "equipment" is different than ours and sometimes liquid still splashes onto the seat and on the floor. I feel bad that you have to use restrooms that are gross, but believe me, we still do too. (plus our lines are longer!) ;) In short, if you have a pe#is I think you should use a man's restroom.

Even though a man is gay, he is still a man and should be proud to use the gentleman's restroom. Why would this be offensive?

i totaly agree becuase in the womens room the guy wouldnt try to look at women and alls that goes on their is using the restroom is conversation, make up, hair, ect
but then again i think that it would be weird if we had gay women in the mens bathroom

Gay MAN... WOMEN'S restroom? The world is hard if you make it hard. You are not in the restroom to bake a cake, you are in there to relieve yourself and get the hell out. I am not sure where you are using the restroom (bus station, biker bar, crack house) but you seem to be concentrating too hard.
