Why do you chose the questions you do?????

Subjects of interest. A question that seems thought out. One that seems genuine. Mostly, though, one where you feel you might actually contribute to the asker. Although I'm not sure I'm successful there because of a low percentage of favorite answers. Sometimes you connect with people, sometimes you don't.

Also, I think a lot of whether a question gets many responses is luck. To me, many great questions get few answers, and silly ones get a lot.

In general I think people answer questions that they react to emotionally.

Sometimes when you open a question you simply find it beyond belief, for me I just close it an do not bother answering it.

I try to find questions that are not judgemental or vulgar.
