Depends on the engine and the year.
For 2007, 30/38 or 30/40 for the standard trim levels, 23/32 for the SI
edit: For comparison purposes, there are no better numbers than EPA numbers, because those are all obtained using the same test cycle. Individual driving habits vary, so individual mileage will vary.

My 2001 Civic w/automatic gets around 32 in town. A little lower with the a/c on in the summer, and around 33 on the open road.

hell no civic ant got no 30 mpg yea right...my accord 4 door go 32 mpg so civic smaller lighter is should be arounf 37-or 39 mpg

I think theyre pretty good. Used to be around 30 mpg. They have new fuelage standards now though that makes it look like newer cars are less efficient.

I used to have one. I'd estimate about 30 mpg total....a lot better on highway than on city, but that's the same for most cars. But in all my driving, that's about what I got.

You need to give the year and model (ex, dx, hx, etc.) MPG is strongly dependent on the driving conditions.
Mine gets upwards of 40mpg.

I would say around 28-30mpg city with automatic transmission and 36-38mpg highway with automatic transmission
I would say around 30-33mpg city with manual transmission and 38-40mpg highway with manual transmission
