I know this guy from work and on the way out he tries touching my belly, I have warned him before and this time he got pissed and called me a b****!!! What do I do, this guy is a looney!

It when we arent on the clock, they cant do anything about it at work thats the crappy part!

honestly there is nothing that you can do just let the guy know that you have told him before about your feelings on him touching your belly and that you didn't appreciate that he ignored your wishes and did it anyways. worse comes to worse just ignore him and go about your days he sounds like a big jerk. I know how you feel I didn't want anyone touching my belly when I was pregnant I hated it, I didn't mind so much if they asked first but if they just came up and touched it, it would make me really mad.

If it happened at the workplace whether you are clocked in or out, it is still considered harrassment. If it seems as if noone will do anything to stop it, try the highest person you can speak to in the company. If still nothing, I'd file a police report for sure! Seems like this guy's got problems and if you made it known already you do not appreciate his touching you, he deserves to be put in the uncomfortable situation of speacking to an officer about it!!!!! If you were on your way out of work, you can make a sexual harrassment claim. However, I'm a firm believer in working things out with the offending individual. Next time you see him at work, tell him that while you appreciate his interest in your pregnancy, that you have repeatedly asked him not to touch your belly and that you will not only smack his hand the next time he tries, but you will report him for sexual harrassment at work. If he tells you to chill out and that it's no big deal, tell him that it may be no big deal to him but that he's seen that you will follow through with your threats and you will continue to do so. And the next time tries, do what you said.
People are weird about touching pregnant women. I had a complete stranger come up to me at Target and put her hand on my belly while I was looking at some magazines. I calmly turned to her and touched her breast--the look on her face was priceless! She asked me why I did that and I told her that I thought we were touching people in inappropriate manners and smiled. She walked off really fast.
Pregnant women's bellies are NOT public property!!!!!

Ignore the name calling. He does sound like a looney so you did the right thing. Don't make a big deal out of it, just avoid him. Sounds like you don't get along anyway.

It doesnt matter that you are off the clock when this occurred....itss on work property...you can still go to your boss....a well-written e-mail to the guy to simply say ...i do not appreciate being man-handled...no matter how gorgeous my big ripe belly is...knock it off!

Report him to your boss that is sexual harrasement!!! Tell him if he touches you again your going to call the cops and if he does call them. you may not want to cause trouble but no one deserves to be sexually harrassed!! and if he is your boss go to his boss, he can get fired for this!!!

the best thing to do is to ignore him, you warned him and he wouldn't stop, and you did what you had to do. I think you hurted his pride or ego when you slapped him. he will get over it. and if he tries again tell him you don't want him trying to touch your belly. and tell him you will slap him again . good luck.
