It would be a lot more helpful if we knew your lastname and the heritage of you and your baby's father.

Some like to have first names that are formal/powerful/aristocratic/traditional sounding in the full form and casual in the abbreviated form. It also works with mix/matching the first/middle names.

Another popular approach is to use a nice first name and use the middle name to pay homage to heritage/ancestry or father's/grandfathers' names.

In a purely academic analysis, people tend to be most attacted to names that are symmetrical. If your last name happened to be somehing like "Zeborakinov" (5 syllables with hard consonants and the primary stress landing in the 3rd syllable), a nice name might be:

Alexander Kyle Zeborakinov (Alex K Zeborakinov)

If you are Japanese (but your husband is Zeborakinov), you might try:

Hiroshi Alexander Zeborakinov

If German/Scandinavian, etc, perhaps Jann (Yahnn) Eric or Jann Odin or Per Magnus or James Hendrik.

Sorry can't be of more help... need more to go on.

Need the last name........

Thomas Peyton.?

Andrew Thomas?

Robert Thomas?

William Thomas?

Suggestion - the mother and father make a list of the names you you like. Compare the two lists, take only the ones you both like. Put the names in combinatations of first/middle. Then decide.

Other suggestion, when the baby is born, sometimes you just know when you see him/her for the first time.
