No I blame the stupid cop for catching me speeding. Then I swear that I got another speeding ticket. Then I mark it not guilty and go to court and get it cut in half and pay it.

Of course they do!!! If Bush wasn't profitting from oil, they wouldn't have to be to work on time, so now they have to speed to work, so they can afford the gasoline that bush owns. Duh!!!
