Move to New York City, where the modeling industry is located. The modeling agency pays for everything, until you start to book modeling jobs for the agency.
To become an actress you have to pay for acting classes. They can be expensive.

Don't know there are many ways to get into the business without spending much money. Having been down the acting road myself I would recommend auditioning for community plays and register with a local casting agency, but not one that charges a fee like John Robert Powers. Watch out for places like this they will only fleece you. Good luck!

Well, that's gonna be pretty hard...unless you're the luckiest person in the world, then you're probably not going to be able to be a successful model or actress without taking some classes or at the very least having headshots taken.

If you have raw talent and a presence that people can't take their eyes off...then it shouldn't be hard! But if you need to work on those things, chances are you will need to spend some money. Acting classes and representation may cost you money, but an agency or agent who recognizes your talent and thinks they can make money off of you won't charge you anything until they start taking percentages out of your wages. Good luck!
