You have nothing to worry about.....

Cally has warm weather and also their infrastructure (in terms of roads, hotels, restaurants, etc) is satisfactory for more Superbowls....

The places in Cally that previously held Superbowls (San Diego, The Rose Bowl, etc) will probably have more Superbowls in the Future....

Does LA have a Football Team No will they NO and San Diego will they get a New Stadium, NO Again.

Sure, I don't see why not. California is beautiful and there are alot of teams in the NFL from California.
