3xy^2 - 5yz = 4x

This becomes

3xy^2 - 4x = 5yz

This becomes

x(3y^2 - 4) = 5yz

This becomes

3xy^2 - 5yz = 4x
3xy^2 -4x = 5yz
x(3y^2-4) = 5yz
x = 5yz/(3y^2-4)

3xy^2 - 5yz= 4x subtract 3xy^2 from each side
-5yz=4x-3xy^2 factor out x on RHS
-5yz=x(4-3y^2) divide both sides bt 4-3y^2
x=-5yz/(4-3y^2) or
x=5yz/(3y^2-4)
