Even shedding a few tears at work or in school can get a person in trouble.
Don't do it.
If you want to cry, go in a bathroom and cry quietly. Come out when you feel better. Don't scream. If you have to scream, go home. Come back another day when you feel better.

I know this is going to sound made up, but I don't care if you don't believe me. I caught my boyfriend, who worked with me, cheating on me. I got into a fight with the girl and ended up getting fired. So, I took the intercom radio and screamed into it about the cheating whore. Security was called and blah blah blah. I ended up going to jail for a few hours to "cool off". I don't know what your situation is, but I had an excuse....I was abusing a lot of drugs then...

No, I usually scream in my car as I'm leaving work - in pure joy that I'm driving away from the place!!
