1. i guess you can just pick a reasonable number that could fit- first I'd try 2- 6-2 is 4. so y equals 4. does that fit in the other equations?
lets see y=-4(2)+3 that means -8+3, so no.
it must be negative. so u do y=6-(-1) that equals 7, because two neagtives equal a positive. check this with the other equation.
y=-4x+3
y=-4(-1)+3
y=4+3.
they both equal 7, so x=-1 and y=7

x+3(5x)=-32
3 time 5x equals 15 x

divide each side by 16 and x=-2. to get y, you do 5x, and you get -10

4.-2x + y = 8, x=3y
again, combine.
-2(3y) + y = 8

-6y +y=8
