All wax and polishes leave a reidue in the crack's when your waxing a car.Just be more careful not to apply to heavey at door edges and trim.For the little bit that does get in the crack's and around trim or door frame,you have to open doors and remove and in fine cracks and seams i use a tooth brush to remove works great.

It is called Turtle Wax Ice. Its clear and will not leave a residue.

well i usually use a nice paste wax. but only after using a paint cleaner liquid wax to bring up the shine, before sealing the shine with the durable paste wax. the trick is to use small amount of liquid wax on a applicator, and use nice small circular motions. happy cleaning.
