I was taking great care of them I have had them for over 3 months 3 days ago i found one dead in his cage.... I called the owner and told him what happened.. He said that he would talk to his wife and get back to me later that day ... its been three days now and no word... I put the rabbit in a box and then put it in the garage...( the owner said something about having a funeral) .Its really cold here.so the body should be fine....But why hasent the owner called to let me know what to do... I have 10 og my own rabbits and they are all great any advice would be great

First, you have to talk to the other owner right away, because if there is a problem then y9ou need to know about it now! Also check to see if there was a reason why the other rabbit died (i.e. broke back, snuffles, old etc.) You want to know everything you are up against.

Also if you can;t get a hold of the owner, then make sure you get the other rabbit (from the other owner) away from your rabbits. Becuaew if the other owner won't answer you, you can sure as hell bet that there is a reason for that.

MAke sure to keep an eye on all of your rabbitrs, and if you give them any type of medicine to keep them healthy or for if they get sick, I would give that to them now. Just in case, this way it boosts their ammune system.

call the owner and politely ask him about the rabbit. if he says he'll call you later or another time schedule a time with him as to when he will call back. and if he doesn't, call him and remind him.
