kills someone of a another race they immediatley scream hate crime, shouldnt killing just be a hate crime all together?
And do you think racism will ever go away since people can claim hate crime.
NOW be intelligent in your answer, kkk hanging people is obviously a hate crime or the recent hispanic gangs targeting blacks in LA.
Im talking about some hunter of another color is on someones property who shoots 4 white guys in the back lets say , another white guy ( the 5th one ) shoots and kills the one who isnt white but hes going to be accused of a hate crime ? Now remember the hunter who wasnt white was on private property as well.
Im just curious, don't be hateful. I just think that killing is killing and hate crime shouldnt even be an issue, all killings deserve punishment

I agree, I mean, you shouldn't go around killing people anyways, but it just depends how many people you kill and the motive. If it was for racism, the dude would probably be in for some serious punishment. KKK is hopefully fading away because I haven't heard any more of lynching anymore or any more racist murders, but you never know.

I study it all of it, it jogged my memory of me in severe college. there grow to be a black woman in our severe college that grow to be ninety 9.ninety 9% white, I had a great weigh down on her. She grow to be a cheerleader, i grow to be tall, white & goofy (nonetheless am). She grow to be a senior, i grow to be a freshman. I agree with your concept however I do not think that racism will ever go away. There are to many people out there that will never let go of there hate, and they will teach their children and so on :-]

I don't know, but I suspect it is because when the white kids use to trip me, they would often do things and pretend it was an accident, so we are all a bit suspicious now.

i think that the new generation of african-american children are being taught to hate by their parents. therefore, they grow up to be racists and use their ancestors plight to gain sympathy and attention
